Located in the youthful up and coming Belmont neighborhood, Boncraft acquired this historic 1920’s residence-turned-rental-property with the plan to upgrade it into luxury apartments. We purchased, renovated, and rented the property within a 4-month timeframe.

Decades of deferred maintenance and repairs masked the potential of this traditional Virginia Farmhouse design. We engaged a remediation specialist to remove the asbestos shingles, uncovering the original lap siding in good condition. By upgrading the finishes, fixtures and systems, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms and storage, Boncraft restored the classic proportions of the façade and functionality of the interior and exterior spaces.
