For the exterior, the team incorporated custom leaded glass windows and gable finials to add interest to the facade. The landscape design focused on curating the arrival, and included at-grade pull up parking and a small hardscaped courtyard leading to a formal covered front entry.
The team positioned the master suite in its own wing to establish privacy and oasis, with the other bedrooms on the opposite end of the home. We created an open living/dining/kitchen area in between to provide visual connectivity between these two wings. Accomplishing this plan required converting the existing garage into a living space - a technical challenge turned opportunity - as we unlocked inherent value in the existing structure.
